2. Before the equipment installation, the installation guidance personnel shall inspect the dimensions of the civil engineering foundation at the equipment installation site. If any site rectification is required, the cost shall be borne by the buyer.
3. Be responsible for on-site installation guidance of the goods, issue installation guidance manuals, and other necessary work for the completion of installation;
4. Be responsible for equipment commissioning and participate in equipment acceptance (if necessary);
5. Be responsible for providing the special tools and auxiliary materials required for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of the goods, as well as the necessary filtration consumables for the start of operation, etc.
6. Be responsible for providing relevant training to the buyer is personnel until they master the operation methods of the control system proficiently;
7. Be responsible for the after-sales service of the supplied goods during the warranty period.
8. The warranty period of the provided equipment shall be in accordance with the requirements of the tender document;
9. The packaging of the goods is suitable for long-distance land transportation. This quotation includes inland transportation, loading and unloading, and insurance.
After-sales service during the warranty period
During the warranty period, if any defect, malfunction or abnormal damage occurs to the equipment due to design, material or processing issues, our company will be responsible for providing free repair or replacement within the period designated by the tenderer.
2. During the warranty period, if the equipment malfunctions due to the seller is fault (i.e., excluding losses caused by improper use by the buyer and normal wear parts of the equipment), once a warranty call is received, our company will respond within 2 hours and dispatch experienced maintenance engineers to the site within 48 hours to provide free maintenance services, assisting the owner in repairing and replacing damaged parts.
3. During the warranty period of the equipment, if it malfunctions and stops working, the warranty period of the equipment will be extended accordingly based on the downtime.
After-sales service after the warranty period
For quality issues that occur outside the warranty period (excluding damages caused by human factors), we will also provide on-site or remote technical guidance services. After the warranty period, we guarantee to provide spare parts, consumables and maintenance services at favorable prices.
