Filtering application of epoxy resin loading and production

Synthetic resins (for example, epoxy resin, alkyd resin, phenolic resin) are intermediates, which are applied to coatings, printed circuit boards, metal coatings, adhesives and plastics industry.

Besides hard particles, these resins also contain deformed gel like contaminants. In order to prevent gel penetration, the pressure difference can be reduced by using folded core.

Usually, the gel is produced in the process and needs to be added to the polishing filter before filling to remove the contaminants. At the same time, the selected filter media must conform to the chemical erosion performance of the resin solvent.
