Process description

Lubricating oil filtration is a key factor in the efficient operation and maintenance of large engines, compressors and other equipment in refineries. Inefficient filtration can't meet the requirements of oil products. Poor quality and instability of oil will cause urgent maintenance and shutdown in a short time interval, resulting in mechanical damage and high maintenance costs.

Problem description

The contaminated lubricating oil will cause the failure of the engine, the hydraulic equipment and the increase of the maintenance frequency. The rust and engine wear debris in the oil must be filtered and cleaned to ensure effective operation and service life. Insufficient filtration of lubricating oil leads to mechanical shutdown, replacement of oil, frequent replacement of filters and higher operating costs.

Solution

Ordinary wire wound and melt blown filter core often lose filtration efficiency because of the increase of pressure difference, and the folding paper element is easily broken in water and has short life.
The high efficient lubricating oil separator sled is independent equipment, divided into sled and full automatic control panel. The standard lubricating oil separator sled provides a fixed or portable system for continuous or regular filtration after connecting the oil system.
